Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Palladium Works. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all games, services, and community platforms operated by Palladium Works ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Age Requirements

Players under the age of 13 may play our Roblox experiences but may not join restricted platforms (such as Discord) in accordance with platform rules. Players that are aged 13 years or older may access additional community features. Players (aged 13+) are permitted to join the Discord Communications server and may apply for division membership upon successfully fulfilling all outstanding requirements. You are responsible for following the age rules of any service you use. The age requirements (e.g., 15+) for specific ranks, departments, or divisions may vary (e.g., Officer Corps).

3. Account Responsibility

Your Roblox account must remain in good standing with Roblox Terms of Service/Use. You are responsible for the actions taken on your account. We cannot recover lost accounts, banned accounts, or deleted items caused by Roblox moderation.

4. Community & Behaviour Expectations

By using our services you agree to:

• Respect other players and staff.
• Follow all server-specific rules.
• Avoid hate speech, bullying, harassment, discrimination or threats.
• Do not engage in exploiting, cheating, bypassing filters, or abusing mechanics. Do not impersonate staff or claim false authority.

Violations may lead to moderation actions including warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from our services.

5. Game Data & Progress

We are not responsible for:

• Data loss caused by Roblox outages
• Player connection issues
• System failures
• Roblox issues (such as server connectivity)

We may reset, wipe, or adjust game data during development when necessary.

6. Staff & Moderation Authority

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• Moderators have full authority to enforce rules.
• Decisions may include warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans. Staff members must follow our internal rules and codes of conduct.

You may submit an appeal following our Appeals Policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly forbidden:

• Exploiting or distributing exploits
• Bypassing chat filters or using inappropriate content
• Selling, trading, or transferring in-game items for real money
• Attempting to access administrative areas or tools
• Disrupting gameplay intentionally

8. Intellectual Property

All Palladium Works assets—including scripts, logos, branding, and in game concepts are owned by Palladium Works and may not be:

• Copied
• Reuploaded
• Sold
• Distributed
• Modified without permission

Unauthorized use may result in legal or platform-level action.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
